Role : NetSuite Functional Consultant

Job Description :

- Responsible for managing clients in pre-sales and post-sale environments

- Responsible for the delivery of customization services for NetSuite clients

- Identify, evaluate and understand customer requirements to help with NetSuite set-up, configuration and customization

- Understand As-Is and To-Be Process and perform Gap Analysis

- Create functional and user documentations

- Analyse and troubleshoot complex system/user issues and coordinate issue resolution across users, technical team, and vendors as needed

- Ensure users are provided professional, courteous and timely support and service

- Translate business requirements to the technical team members.

- Translate technology solutions obtained from the technical team to clients.

- Prepare test plans and criteria for the testing of the native and customization process of NetSuite and ensure quality delivery.

- Perform simple administrative tasks in NetSuite ERP like NetSuite Custom Records, Forms, Segments, Fields, Workflow, Saved Search, Saved Reports, Permissions/Roles and CSV Import.

- Work with a team to develop, test, and roll-out solutions.

- Work with client to demonstrate the scripted solution and assist with any issues.

- Work with the technical team to build, develop, and test customized solutions.

- Conduct demos, train, and walkthrough different NetSuite process areas.

- Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 10+ years of total industry experience with 5+ years' experience as Functional Consultant on NetSuite ERP

- Familiarity with all modules of NetSuite ERP

- At least 2 full life cycle experience in Netsuite ERP Implementation as Functional Consultant

- Good functional understanding of NetSuite modules in a One World environment such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Electronic Payments, Multi-Book, and Currency Translations/Foreign Exchange.

- Delivery of configurations and customizations within NetSuite

- Strategic Thinking : The ability to think strategically and align technology solutions with business objectives.

- Deep knowledge of NetSuite reporting tools and dashboards

- Skilled at NetSuite Data migration tools

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Ability to carry out a GAP analysis on customer's current process

- Strong presentation and technical writing skills

- Having NetSuite certification will be a huge Bachelor's degree

- Experience with NetSuite ERP implementation projects.
