As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate closely with senior directors to serve as a liaison between clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional service delivery while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project execution and develop a comprehensive understanding of client research needs.
  • Design and localize research instruments to support project objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, ethnographies, and micro-level monitoring of data collection and quality controls.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites. They should also have good inter-team management skills and be open to traveling for project management and client visits.
