Growth Marketer Job Description

We're seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, launching, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Design & Execution: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that drive business growth, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Demand Generation: Run targeted marketing campaigns (organic + paid) that attract high-intent customers.
  • Content Creation: Craft high-converting landing pages, product updates, and customer stories that engage target audiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Own dashboards for campaign performance metrics – always be measuring and optimizing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 3–5 years in SaaS growth marketing, product marketing, or performance marketing (preferably B2B).
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle marketing, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with content + distribution (SEO, newsletters, case studies).
  • Solid grip on analytics tools (Posthog, GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or similar).
  • Ability to translate marketing strategies into actionable plans.
  • Clear writing & structured communication.
Bonus Points:
  • Past experience in B2B SaaS / e-commerce tech.
  • Hands-on with email automation, CRM tools.
  • Basic design skills for quick experiments.
  • Experience with referral programs, affiliate growth, or community marketing.
