Job Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize design ideas and create building drawings that meet exacting project functions of aesthetics and practicality.
  • Analyze user requirements while participating in research, conceptual development, and execution of designs.
  • Present architectural interior design ideas and planning by freehand sketches.
  • Collaborate with a team and coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Prepare a complete set of construction drawings, documents, specifications for architecture interior design, and maintain graphical standards for deliverables.
Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture, Bachelor of Interior Design, Master of Interior Design in relevant fields or related degrees.
  • 4 to 10 years of experience in the field with good technical competency.
  • Good knowledge of primary software like Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Familiarity with additional software such as Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works is beneficial.
Qualifications:
  • Material product selections.
  • Furniture, decorative lighting, equipment, and window treatment product selections and specifications.
  • Ergonomics.
  • Architectural interior lighting.
  • Sanitary fixtures, fitting, and accessory products.
  • Disability codes and applicability to layouts.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, inventive, and imaginative mindset with positive work ethics.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit.
