As a seasoned professional, you will lead and oversee the design team in planning and executing interior design projects.

This role involves conceptualizing innovative design ideas, collaborating with clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring projects meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Leadership and Team Management

Leading and mentoring a team of interior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment, and providing guidance and feedback.

Client Collaboration

Understanding project's needs, developing design proposals, and presenting design concepts.

Project Management

Overseeing all stages of the design process, from initial concept to final implementation, managing project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.

Design Development

Conceptualizing design ideas, creating detailed design plans, selecting materials and furnishings, and ensuring design solutions are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and effective.

Coordination and Collaboration

Working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with other aspects of the project.

Design Expertise

Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in architecture or design, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
