Job Title

Achieve Operational Excellence with Data and AI is a pivotal role at the heart of our organization.

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our strategic objective of achieving Operational Excellence through integrated Data and AI.

  • Strategic & Operational AI Leadership:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
    • Lead and oversee internal AI pilot projects.
    • Collaborate with IT to establish essential data governance practices.
  • AI Product Contribution & Market Engagement:
    • Contribute to the vision and roadmap for AI-oriented product offerings.
    • Conduct lean market research and customer analysis.
    • Work with the Product Management Core team for lean development of AI-oriented product offerings.
  • Internal Capability Building & Advocacy:
    • Act as the primary liaison for external AI/Data Strategy consulting.
    • Champion internal AI literacy and foster a data-driven culture.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in solutioning for one of PPM, ITSM, or DevOps domains with at least 1 year of experience solutioning and implementing Data and AI technologies.

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts.
  • Practical familiarity with enterprise software platforms like Atlassian, Google Workspace, AWS, Monday.com, and GitLab.
  • Understanding of at least one of DevOps, ITSM, PPM, Business Support Operations, and Cloud migrations and adoptions.
