Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Management Specialist to join our team and drive the development of data-driven testing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining test data management strategies that support enterprise-wide testing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, data engineering, and test data management, with hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM) tools. They will also possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for various testing activities. You will also be responsible for optimizing test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.

  • Analyze source systems to identify sensitive data that require masking.
  • Configure and manage Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools to create, subset, and mask sensitive data across environments.
  • Implement data obfuscation to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with DBAs, developers, testers, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on data handling practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with TDM solutions and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Strong knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Proficiency in data sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and archiving using Informatica tools.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data migration testing.
