Key to our organization's success is a commercial audit manager who will lead the way in conducting financial statements audits.

The Commercial Audit Manager oversees all aspects of financial statement audits, including leading teams and conducting research. They work closely with peers, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting financial statements audits
  • Leading a team of accounting and auditing experts
  • Conducting independent research and analysis
  • Building working relationships and fostering teamwork
  • Presentation and disclosure impact analysis

For this role, we are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in US GAAP and GAAS. A qualified Chartered Accountant or other qualified professionals in the accounting and tax fields would be ideal. Additionally, knowledge of Caseware and Caseview is preferred.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of Experience in US GAAP and GAAS
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or other qualified professionals in the accounting and tax fields
  • Knowledge of Caseware and Caseview preferred
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Industry exposure: General Commercial, with a strong preference for candidates with construction industry experience and a background in reviews and compilations
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Able to meet deadlines and work based on urgency of projects
  • Ready to learn new software
  • Quick learner, enthusiastic, positive demeanor, and a team player
  • Available to work long hours during busy season times
