Job Overview

The role of Oracle HCM Functional Consultant involves driving digital adoption by leading a team and collaborating with stakeholders to configure, customize, and deploy Oracle HCM modules.

This seasoned professional will oversee the end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of Oracle HCM all modules globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the implementation process for all Oracle HCM modules
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors and consultants to ensure implementation success and resolve issues
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop training materials, plan pilots, testing, and provide user support
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor effectiveness, identify improvements, and implement enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus
  • 12+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems / Supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end implementations across multiple modules
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function

Technical Skills:

  • Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems
  • High proficiency in excel, macro, and report automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools
  • Data migration, testing, and validation within SuccessFactors environment
