Job Title: Test Manager">

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and automation, with expertise in Java Selenium frameworks, BDD (Cucumber), Maven, and TestNG.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, leading QA teams, and ensuring high-quality releases.

  • Developing and implementing QA strategies across projects
  • Leading and mentoring QA teams (manual and automation)
  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Cucumber (BDD)
  • Managing test planning, execution, and reporting across UI, API, DB, and Performance testing scopes
  • Driving the adoption of test automation in CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborating with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases
  • Owning and managing QA-related tools, infrastructure, and process improvements
  • Ensuring traceability of test cases to requirements and maintaining test metrics/dashboards
  • Reviewing and approving test plans, test cases, and defect reports
  • Performing risk analysis and providing mitigation strategies for testing challenges
  • Advocating for quality across the SDLC
