Improve Operational Efficiency as a Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to take on the role of Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service associates and motivating them to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervisory experience, preferably in the US BFSI sector, and excellent knowledge of G-suite. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 15-20 customer service associates and motivate them to achieve KPIs
  • Responsible for project execution, monitoring KPIs and target compliance
  • Oversee effective resource allocation to meet productivity and quality metrics
  • Document issues as needed and ensure adherence to policy and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the US BFSI Email sector. Fluency in English is essential, and excellent knowledge of G-suite is required. A graduate degree is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader.
