Roles and Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in BFSI domain
- Strong experience in Insurance as Business Analyst/Business Consultant
- Expertise in business analysis methodologies
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), Analytical thinking, and problem-solving
- BASIC knowledge of Architecture (Logical) principles and appreciation of technologies like Mainframe, Cloud, Automation
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC models
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like MS Visio, Excel for process flow diagrams and NFR documents
- Enterprise-level project experience
- Implementation of 3rd party integrations
- Excellent documentation and interpersonal skills
Key Skills Required:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Analysis of new Business requirements/strategic road map for clients and translation into product-specific designs/detailed Requirement Definitions/use cases
- Pre-Sales experience in supporting Business Development Teams
- Working knowledge of SQL commands preferred
