Job Title: Medical & Evidence Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Evidence Synthesis Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads evidence synthesis projects and workstreams, developing recommendations based on expected impact.
  • Reviews and signs off on deliverables including protocols, analysis plans, technical reports, and slides.
  • Works closely with client teams to lead business development and relationship development.
  • Manages client expectations and works with team members to implement strategies to problem solve on a client or project-basis.
  • Leads team development and mentoring, encouraging a culture of open and constructive feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • MSc in a relevant discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of directly relevant experience in a similar industry/consulting environment.
  • Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and requirements for health technology assessment.
  • Experience with Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) with a particular emphasis on health Evidence Synthesis.
  • Good understanding of relevant methodologies and statistics.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams.
