Job Title

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the delivery of end-to-end GenAI projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and experience in project management, with at least 1-2 years in AI/ML or data science-related environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI projects from initiation through deployment.
  • Translate technical requirements into project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to scope model development, data collection, training, and evaluation phases.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to best practices in AI ethics and governance.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals.
  • Drive Agile or hybrid methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Monitor project KPIs and success metrics related to model performance, usability, and business impact.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 1-2 years in AI/ML or data science-related environments.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts.
  • Familiarity with AI lifecycle tools and platforms.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects on time and within scope.
