We are seeking a seasoned senior project leader to manage and deliver large-scale IT projects from our global delivery center. The role is responsible for planning, executing, coordinating, and ensuring governance across multi-functional teams.

As a project manager, you will oversee internal resources and client expectations while ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and sprint schedules

- Manage scope, timeline, and budget across cross-functional teams

- Coordinate with developers, QA, DevOps, and architects to ensure task execution

- Track and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

- Oversee sprint ceremonies, backlog health, and delivery milestones

- Deliver regular status reports and project updates to stakeholders and leadership

- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and SLAs

- Collaborate with clients to manage expectations and resolve escalations

- Lead teams, support performance tracking, and mentor junior managers

- Support onboarding, ramp-up, and transition planning for project resources

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in project management, with 3-5 years in global delivery models

- Proven track record of delivering enterprise IT or digital transformation projects

- Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methods

- Strong command of project planning tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet

- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and schedules

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and issue-resolution skills

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business (PMP/CSM preferred)
