Job Title: Finite Element Engineer

As a seasoned Finite Element Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting full vehicle crash simulations and durability loadcase simulations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of vehicle crashes and durability to inform design decisions
  • Developing and maintaining complex Finite Element (FE) models using industry-standard software
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results that meet customer needs
  • Working independently or with minimal support to set up FE models and deliver analysis reports on time

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of BiW manufacturing processes, including stamping, spot welding, and assembly. Proficiency in ANSA, LSDyna, Abacus, Animator, and Hyperworks software is essential.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering and have 3-6 years of hands-on experience in meshing, module building, and high-speed crash analysis.
