Backend Software Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful products in a rapidly growing company. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will own and drive backend architecture and development using Node.js, building scalable, high-performance services.

  • Design, build, and optimize APIs, microservices, and integrations.
  • Work with MongoDB for data modeling, schema design, performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with front-end devs (React + Vite) to define interfaces, data contracts, and integrate front/backend.
  • Handle deployment, infrastructure, and operations on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.), ensuring high availability, security, logging, scalability.
  • Ensure code quality: tests, code reviews, best practices, documentation.
  • Participate in architectural decisions, trade-offs, and mentor junior team members.

Our ideal candidate has 6+ years of backend heavy MERN experience, strong Node.js + MongoDB + AWS skills, and is ready to join immediately. They should be comfortable working on complex systems, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively with the team.
