Premier Energies, a leading solar cell and module manufacturer based in India, is seeking an experienced professional to join its team. As a key member of the Cell Maintenance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to SOPs.
  • A strong background in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.
  • Develop and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.
  • Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Full Time B. Tech /Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical)

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry
