Customer Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated customer support professional to join our organization in India.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping others.
