Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead and manage a team of junior structural engineers. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for coordinating with appointed structural Engineering Consultants and Peer reviewers to deliver high-quality projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality and cost parameters.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading and reviewing structural design for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures.
  • Ability to prepare detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RCDC).
  • Strong understanding of international and local standards, as well as ability to validate design assumptions and methodologies.
