About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and curious designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and effective experiences for our platform. You will collaborate with our design lead and cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to ensure user-centered design principles are applied consistently.
  • Maintain design consistency across the platform using design systems and best practices.
  • Work closely with developers to guarantee seamless handoff of designs, ensuring efficient collaboration.
  • Take ownership of small design tasks and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
  • A fundamental understanding of UX/UI principles and the design process.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with knowledge of design tokens being highly valued.
  • An understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator.
  • Bonus: Experience or interest in Framer or prototyping tools can be beneficial.
