Job Summary

Lloyds Register is seeking a skilled Project Support Team Leader to manage a team of Administrators and Coordinators. The ideal candidate will handle escalations, meet KPIs, adhere to global processes, and build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a hub/cluster team responsible for RP activities on simple and standard projects.
  • Provide guidance, support, and performance management to team members to cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the coordination and execution of simple and standard projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets for the project support team.
  • Oversee knowledge management initiatives within the project support team, ensuring that essential knowledge is created, maintained, shared, and applied globally.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a team leadership role, ideally in project support or a related area.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to managing escalations and implementing preventive measures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with operational stakeholders.
  • Experience in continuous process improvement and knowledge management.
  • Solid understanding of global processes and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance and promote adherence within the team.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and negotiate across all levels of the organization.
