We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our warehouse and operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse management, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Ensure timely delivery of daily orders from the website, third-party platforms, and B2B clients.">
  • Order Processing: Generate shipping documents such as dockets, e-way bills, and delivery challans for various courier partners.">
  • Quality Control & Stock Management: Manage quality checks and oversee the inward supply of goods.">
  • Inventory Management: Supervise inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement measures to minimize discrepancies or shortages.">
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.">
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the customer care team to address inquiries and resolve delivery issues with courier partners.">
