Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns">
  • Take on writing projects and own them from start to finish">
  • Stay up-to-date with product data and claims, as well as those of the competition">
  • Manage and work independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while juggling multiple projects">
  • Estimate creative hours and ensure productivity">
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase creative work">
  • Attend market research sessions as required">
  • Contribute to shaping strategic branding initiatives with the planning team">
  • Provide written feedback for annual performance reviews and ongoing feedback on the creative team's performance">
  • Lead the creative team in developing concepts and executing all projects from conception to completion">
  • Demonstrate an understanding of clients' products and marketing challenges, and provide responsive solutions to their strategic and creative needs">
  • Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as required">
  • Understand and represent agency positioning, philosophy, and processes">

Requirements:
