Job Title:

Video Production Leader

Are you a creative and strategic leader with experience in video production? We are seeking a talented Video Production Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-impact video ads and leading a team of videographers, editors, and other production professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and refine video concepts, scripts, and storyboards. Create project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.
  • Production Management: Organize and manage the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement. Ensure all necessary permits and releases are obtained.
  • Crew Management: Hire, lead, and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals. Provide guidance, feedback, and direction to team members.
  • Shooting and Directing: Oversee video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively. Direct talent, capture high-quality footage, and manage on-set logistics.
  • Post-Production: Supervise the editing process, including video and audio editing, color correction, and visual effects. Ensure the final product aligns with the project's goals and vision.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve video drafts at various stages, providing feedback and revisions as necessary. Ensure that videos meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in video production and project management, with a focus on ads, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Skills:

Experience with video production software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Avid Media Composer, and DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge of cinematography, lighting, and sound design principles. Familiarity with social media platforms and online video distribution channels. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding principles.
