Release Manager Role

Job Description
  • Release Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive release plans that outline timelines, milestones, and dependencies across the release lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Development, QA, Operations, and Product Management teams to ensure all teams are aligned and prepared for upcoming releases.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate potential risks or issues that could impact release timelines or quality.
  • Change Management: Ensure all changes are well-documented, communicated, and approved according to established change control processes.

About This Role

  • This role is responsible for coordinating the deployment of software applications in cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of release processes in complex, large-scale environments is required.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools is preferred.
