Expert Solutions Seeker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in driving business growth by supporting sales activities and developing innovative solutions for global clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of business models, coupled with your technical expertise, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and address client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Support:
  • Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and business challenges.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and translate client requirements into compelling solution proposals.
  • Deliver engaging solution demonstrations and presentations to both technical and business audiences.
  • Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information) with high-quality, tailored responses.

Solution Development:

  • Design and architect innovative solutions that address specific client needs and align with their strategic objectives.
  • Build a compelling solution pitch for internal and external audiences with the right go-to-market strategy.

Market Expertise:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the global landscape, including latest technology trends and key regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of competitors and their offerings.
  • Contribute to thought leadership activities, such as POV, white papers, blog posts, or conference presentations.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product management, consulting, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters / MBA degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of overall experience with significant exposure to sales, solutions consulting, or related roles within the IT services and products industry.
  • Good understanding of ISV landscape, PE / VC value creation, and product engineering services.
  • Proven capability in consulting or program management for large-scale product engineering or digital transformation programs is desirable.
  • Good understanding of GenAI and Cloud computing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
