HVAC Systems Design Expert

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC systems designer to bring their expertise to our projects. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining mechanical systems, equipment selections, specifications, and other related processes for commercial, industrial, and domestic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement mechanical systems, equipment selections, and specifications for commercial, industrial, and domestic projects
  • Develop detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, and specifications for mechanical systems using computer-assisted engineering or design software/tools
  • Analyze project requirements and existing conditions to prepare relevant technical specifications, sequence of operations, and details
  • Review design concept, calculations, drawings to ensure accuracy of design intent, code compliance, and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects as per schedule and requirements
  • Create cost estimation and Bill of Materials as per design concept

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC Design Engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with Building Services and international project standards
  • Excellent team handling skills
  • A self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
