Job Description

As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement changes that drive business growth.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong attention to detail.

  • Manage individual process improvement projects of differing size and complexity simultaneously.
  • Work closely with multi-functional project teams to identify areas of improvement and implement changes that drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
    • Java Programming
    • Application/Integration Servers: WSO2, Apache Tomcat etc
    • Linux and SQL experience an advantage
  • Business Analyst Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to influence work with cross-functional teams
  • Education and Experience:
    • Professional qualification, with strong commercial focus
    • 2 to 3 years' experience with JAVA/WSO2 experience, preferably in a large international corporate manufacturing environment
    • Demonstrable personal IT projects (Web Sites, Mobile Apps etc)
