Business Systems Specialist Role

The Business Systems Team within the Central Ops Organization seeks a skilled professional to ensure systemic accuracy & usability of our sales tools. Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between IT Development and business functions, resolving Tier 2 support requests, and troubleshooting tickets related to Salesforce, sales forecasting, and other sales tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive system enhancements through business requirement gathering, documentation, prioritization, and testing in an Agile environment.
  • Resolve Tier 2 support requests driving to timely resolution for the end user.
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding on role hierarchy, forecast hierarchy and territory hierarchy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tier 2 tickets from sales users related to Salesforce, sales forecasting, and other sales tools.
  • Drive all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction through timely follow-up, attention to detail, and cross functional collaboration with IT and other team members.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and IT to research & resolve issues related to Salesforce & Clari.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and Revenue Acceleration team to understand business requirements for systemic enhancements and then partner closely with IT Development for execution through an Agile environment.
  • Perform business requirement gathering, documentation, prioritization, and testing in an Agile environment.
  • Conduct change management for related system enhancements.
  • Project Manage and provide direct support to Merger & Acquisition related Salesforce changes.
  • Utilize business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
  • Balance relationships with multiple business teams for new solution features and technical support.
  • Perform regular SFDC data audits to ensure accuracy within the system.
  • Assist in scheduled maintenance of the systems via data migrations.
  • Assist with documentation of best practices and usage.
