Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Sr Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Payer and will thrive in a hybrid work model This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a strong ability to drive impactful projects The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of complex projects within the Payer domain Oversee project timelines ensuring all deliverables are met within the specified timeframes Provide expert guidance on healthcare payer processes and systems to optimize efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project challenges Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project execution Mentor junior consultants providing them with the necessary support and knowledge to excel Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess project performance and implement improvements Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management and clients Facilitate effective communication between project teams and clients to ensure alignment Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to projects Qualifications Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field a Masters degree is preferred Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting with a focus on the Payer domain Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects Display a deep understanding of healthcare payer processes and systems Be adept at mentoring and guiding junior team members Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation Possess strong organizational and time management skills Certifications RequiredCertified Healthcare Consultant CHC Project Management Professional PMP Certified ScrumMaster CSM
