Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our Finance & Accounts function. This role is pivotal in driving strategic financial planning, governance, and business partnering to support long-term growth.

The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with proven leadership in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall Finance function, including Accounting, FP&A, Taxation, Compliance, and Risk Management.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to our leadership team.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, management information systems, and reporting processes.
  • Evaluate and ensure statutory compliance, internal controls, and audits.
  • Partner with business leaders on investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Implement best practices in financial systems, processes, and automation.
  • Mentor and develop the finance team to build a high-performance culture.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, consultants, and investors.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in accounting, business finance, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Proven team leadership experience (not an individual contributor role).
  • Experience in auditing, financial controlling, governance, and compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies.
  • Exposure to global finance practices and investor relations.
