At our organization, we seek a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to contribute to software quality and performance. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our trading platforms and financial applications through comprehensive testing strategies and automation frameworks.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust testing solutions. The primary focus is on maintaining the highest standards of software quality while contributing to the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to production deployment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Participate in the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and maintenance.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and test implementation plans.
  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using C++, Python, and JavaScript for critical trading systems.
  • Create comprehensive test suites for trading components, ensuring coverage of functional, performance, and edge-case scenarios.
  • Develop benchmarking tools for measuring system performance, latency, and throughput in high-frequency trading environments.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and provide input in design decisions to ensure testability and quality.
  • Provide technical support for client implementations and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Implement continuous integration/deployment pipelines with integrated testing automation.
  • Build monitoring solutions for system performance, reliability, and quality metrics.
  • Write production-quality code for new testing features and quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize execution paths and identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Document testing procedures, frameworks, and quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough regression testing and validate system behavior.
