Job Summary:

The Production Logistics Manager will oversee the operational aspects of film and video production, ensuring seamless execution of the director's vision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage detailed shoot schedules, call sheets, and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate with various departments to guarantee readiness before shoot days and facilitate effective communication.
  • Lead on-set operations, maintaining discipline, organization, and smooth execution of the production plan.
  • Handle last-minute changes and resolve issues promptly to maintain schedule integrity.
  • Evaluate the quality of each shot, sequence, and scene to ensure adherence to plan and standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or as an Assistant Director in films, web series, TV, or branded content productions.
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a firm yet approachable demeanor.
