Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies to ensure seamless end-to-end line haul operations, encompassing air, road, and rail transportation modes.
  • Manage the creation and daily maintenance of the linehaul schedule, as well as associated systems, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement policies effectively and contribute to the audit team to identify gaps and provide timely solutions.
  • Monitor commercial connections, vehicle availability, and daily follow-ups for held-back shipments to maintain a smooth supply chain.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records for each client, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Ensure prompt receipt of shipments at customer premises within scheduled timeframes, maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with the forecasting team to drive improvements in base forecasts, leveraging data analysis and insights.
  • Perform ongoing analysis to develop and refine scheduling methodologies and systems, working closely with relevant teams.
  • Improve scheduling metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, focusing on accuracy and optimization.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across different teams to create schedules that meet all stakeholders' expectations and concerns.

*Flexibility to work in shifts is required. Six days of work per week are standard.*
