Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, with a strong emphasis on order picking and dispatch accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery processing in SAP and maintain hygiene in inventory transfer.
- Generate invoices and shipping documents within SAP and maintain proper records.
- Lead and guide a small team of pickers and packers, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and spot checks.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, customer service) for smooth dispatch planning.

Key Requirements:

- 26 years of relevant warehouse experience in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in SAP (Delivery Processing and Invoicing) is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in picking and packing operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Punctual, focused, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow structured processes and suggest improvements.
- Capable of working in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment and should be flexible with shift timings.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in FMCG, retail, logistics, or distribution sectors.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements.
