Plant & Loom Supervisor

**JOB LOCATION - UMARDA, UDAIPUR RAJ.**

As a Woven PP Manufacturing Supervisor, will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production processes related to woven polypropylene (PP) products. primary responsibilities will include leading a team of production workers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, support, and direction.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
- **Production Oversight**:

- Monitor and manage the day-to-day manufacturing operations of woven PP products.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Implement and optimize production processes to enhance overall productivity.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality woven PP products.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production goals.
- Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a woven PP manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of woven PP production processes, machinery, and quality control measures.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Effective communication and team-building skills.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
