Business Analyst

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our Business Value Services team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for cybersecurity and interest in helping organizations maximize the value of their technology investments.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business challenges, identify risks, and recommend strategies that enhance cybersecurity posture and overall business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult and collaborate with prospects, customers, and internal teams to identify business objectives, pain points, and opportunities for improvement related to cybersecurity and risk management.
  • Conduct financial value analysis to evaluate cybersecurity risks and measure the business impact of potential security enhancements.
  • Assist in developing business cases and value-driven proposals for cybersecurity initiatives and technology investments.
  • Participate in the creation of presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Support the BVS team in executing workshops, assessments, and stakeholder interviews to gather critical insights.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying innovative approaches to enhance service delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field with foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
  • 8-10 years experience in vendor-side cybersecurity and/or value management experience.
  • MBA or undergraduate degree in Business administration preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker).

Preferred Skills:

  • Internship or coursework experience in cybersecurity, IT consulting, or business analysis.
  • Basic familiarity with cloud security concepts and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of financial modeling or ROI analysis for technology investments.
  • Experience with application development in Mediafly.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Cybersecurity Analyst (CYSA+), or equivalent are advantageous.
