Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist.

This role involves researching and identifying potential clients, generating high-quality leads for digital marketing services, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and identify potential clients through online directories, industry databases, and social platforms.
  • Generate high-quality leads specifically for digital marketing services.
  • Maintain and update the lead database (CRM/Excel etc.).
  • Evaluate prospects based on business needs, decision-making authority, and budget.
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and share warm leads with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with campaigns.
  • Monitor, measure, and report weekly/monthly on lead generation efforts and conversion metrics.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in lead generation, preferably in a digital marketing services agency.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, and lead research tools.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, etc.) is beneficial.
