Senior Memory Testing Engineer

Description :

Growel Softech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Memory Testing Engineer to lead our VLSI circuit testing initiatives.

This role involves designing and implementing memory built-in self-test (MBIST) solutions, developing test plans for memory testing, collaborating with design and verification teams, and analyzing and improving existing architectures and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement MBIST solutions for VLSI circuits.
  • Develop and validate test plans for memory testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Analyze and improve existing MBIST architectures and algorithms.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in MBIST implementations.
  • Document design specifications and test results.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in VLSI testing methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of VLSI design principles and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with MBIST architecture and implementation.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Tcl.
  • Familiarity with EDA tools for simulation and testing.
  • Knowledge of digital design and verification tools (e.g., Verilog, SystemVerilog).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
