The Store Manager role requires a leader to manage the store, ensuring its successful operation and maintaining compliance with agreed guidelines.

This includes managing store revenue & cost targets, controlling inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating with the supply chain for optimal product availability.

  • Manage store operations in line with predefined SOPs and maintain the look and feel of the store according to established standards.
  • Develop strategies to enhance visual merchandising efforts, resulting in appealing and on-brand product displays and store layouts.
  • Effectively track transactions and budgets for store operations to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Implement security measures and loss prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and assets.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Customer Experience:

Design processes to enhance the overall customer experience, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Ensure an outstanding in-store customer experience, including product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution, fostering customer loyalty.

People Management:

Lead retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of customer service and sales effectiveness.

Develop training programs as required for team member development on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.

Collaborate with central functions such as marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment with broader company policies and integrate in-store & online operations.
