Job Overview

This is a high-level, strategic role that requires expertise in architectural design and project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects from concept to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scope, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the development of architectural designs, including 2D and 3D models, and ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Review and validate project deliverables, including drawings, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 10+ years experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit Architecture, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
