Blue Yonder WMS Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Blue Yonder WMS Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Warehouse Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modules such as Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), and collaborate and will serve as a key advisor to business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of supply chain initiatives.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Warehouse Management modules.
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices and optimization of Blue Yonder solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in project delivery.
  • Oversee and participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-level functional issues in Blue Yonder applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • 7+ years of experience as a functional consultant with Warehouse Management solutions.
  • Expertise in supply chain planning processes and Blue Yonder modules such as Outbound, Inbound, Allocation, Picking, Put Away, Wave processing, Cycle counts, Inventory Management, Configuration and Reports.
  • Strong understanding of Blue Yonder Integrator for inbound and outbound interfaces connecting systems like Oracle Cloud and OTM (Order Transportation Management).
  • Familiar with Moca commands.
  • Reading/Writing SQL and PL/SQL working with database tools like Lexedit.
  • Strong understanding of master data management (Customers, Suppliers, Items, Footprints).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic direction to project teams.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

  • Blue Yonder certification(s).
  • Experience with Data Access Service (DAS) and BI/reporting tools.
