Job Overview:

The Learning and Development Executive plays a vital role in promoting employee relations within the organization. This position is responsible for monitoring and resolving employee issues, as well as providing support to management and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards, throughout all hiring and recruitment processes.
  • Communicate effectively with Human Resources management regarding employee relations matters.
  • Respond promptly to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminate important information to employees regarding employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files of all employee-related matters.
  • Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Adhere to all company and safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure confidentiality of proprietary information at all times.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience is required.
  • Previous supervisory experience is also necessary.
