RF System Integration Engineer Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented engineer to integrate, test, and validate complex RF systems and subsystems, ensuring optimal performance across a wide range of frequencies and environments.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrating RF systems and subsystems, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, filters, amplifiers, and signal processors. They will also be responsible for developing test plans and performing RF testing and validation.

Key Skills:

  • Integrate RF systems and subsystems.
  • Develop test plans and perform RF testing and validation.
  • Analyze system performance using RF simulation and analysis tools.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues at system and component levels; recommend and implement design or process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure RF performance meets specifications.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge in RF systems integration, RF hardware development, or related engineering roles.
  • Solid understanding of RF concepts, including impedance matching, modulation, filtering, and signal propagation.
  • Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters).
  • Awareness of RF simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, or MATLAB.
