The Role

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to oversee the development and implementation of our DevOps strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and maintenance of infrastructure as code, system monitoring, and environment management across staging and production.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline release processes and improve build/deploy strategies.
  • Develop and maintain high-availability and scalable systems using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Maintain cloud infrastructure across platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure ensuring cost optimization, reliability, and performance.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices, including network/firewall policies, secrets management, and compliance audits.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with hands-on leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong command of Linux system administration, scripting, and version control tools.
  • Proficiency in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and containerization tools.
  • Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Cloud expertise including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and load balancing concepts.
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or equivalent is highly desirable.
