Seeking a highly skilled professional to join our academic team as an Executive Assistant.

About the Role:

  • Support the Vice-Chancellor in academic affairs, preparing presentations, meeting materials, and reports.
  • Prepare and distribute information related to academic committees, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Develop documents aligning with the Vice-Chancellor's vision and mission for university development.
  • Facilitate collaborations with universities, academicians, and industries on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external delegates representing the Vice-Chancellor.
  • Coordinate with deans, Registrar's office, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor's Secretariat.
  • Stay updated on higher education trends and share insights with the Vice-Chancellor regularly.
  • Take minutes of meetings and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
  • Maintain data and analytical systems relevant to the Vice-Chancellor's Office.
  • Oversee activities, hospitality, and event management for the Vice-Chancellor's Office.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree, preferably in Engineering Stream (MBA)
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing priorities, coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, with great follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, email etiquette
