Technical Strategy Lead

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive our product strategy. This is an urgent hire, and we need someone who can provide strategic vision and direction to the product team throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Product Roadmaps: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize short-term deliverables and manage scope, balance tradeoffs, define goals, set priorities, and oversee a backlog of features from story to acceptance throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Provide active leadership in mitigating impediments, ensuring governance for change management, leading adjustments to the plan, and managing dependencies to facilitate successful completion of Release Sprint Goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Technical Product Management, Product Owner, or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of software development, cloud-based infrastructure, data management technologies, API and back-end services, AI or analytics.
Familiarity with Tools
  • Aha, Azure DevOps, Jira.

This role requires strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organization abilities.
