AI Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled AI strategy lead to design and deliver scalable, secure, and business-driven AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI.

The ideal candidate will act as a thought leader, mentor teams, and establish AI best practices across the organization.

  1. Develop and oversee enterprise-grade Generative AI and AI/ML solutions.
  2. Define AI strategy, reference architectures, and best practices.
  3. Evaluate and implement Generative AI models (LLMs, SLMs).

This role requires expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, MLOps, and GenAI technologies, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into innovative technical solutions.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of IT experience with experience in AI strategy and architecture.
  • Expertise in ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
  • Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases).
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools/frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
