Head of IT

We are seeking an experienced Head of Information Technology to lead our technology department.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and operational excellence in driving AI integration, process automation, and digital innovation across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Software & Digital Transformation: Oversee software projects, mobile apps, and web platforms to expand reach and drive business growth.
  • IT Infrastructure & Operations: Supervise IT infrastructure teams for cloud and on-premise server management, networks, and telecom systems ensuring high uptime and scalability.
  • Cybersecurity & Surveillance: Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks, set up and manage cloud-based CCTV surveillance systems, and implement real-time alerting and incident response systems.
  • Database & Analytics: Lead database management teams for high-performance, secure, and scalable systems designing data-driven dashboards for partner engagement and outreach metrics.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary IT team, partner with leaders, and build a culture of integrity, compassion, ownership, and collaboration within the IT department.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, 10+ years of IT leadership experience, and certifications in Project Management, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Agile, DevOps, CI/CD.

Required Skills

Proven leadership in large-scale IT operations, expertise in software development, app ecosystems, DevOps, and emerging technologies, strong hands-on knowledge of networking, cloud systems, and CCTV cloud monitoring, and strategic thinking to align IT with business goals.
